Wentzville Movie Theatre

Wentzville residents soon may find going to the movies as easy as going across town. The Wentzville planning and zoning commission approved a six-theatre movie house and 42,000-square-foot shopping center at Seventy Corporate Plaza June 4. The project will be reviewed by the Board of Aldermen June 10. A public hearing on the plan is not required since one was held when the entire Corporate 70 project received preliminary approval. PIC Development Corp., which is developing the project, plans to have the theatre open by mid-1988. PIC president, Mike Ratteree, said the theatre and retail center will provide services not readily found in western St. Charles County, or Lincoln and Warren counties.
